UPP Introduces the 3″ UXD Inline: Its smallest tool yet

Calgary, AB – United Pacific Projects (UPP) has introduced its smallest UXD Inline Inspection Tool (ILI) ever. The 3” UXD ILI can fit into the tiniest and most complex pipeline systems while still collecting data with accuracy and ease.
Building on the success of its 4” predecessor, the 3” model is a full Tri-Axis UXD MFL/CAL/IMU combo that incorporates:
- Magnetic flux leakage (MFL)
- Caliper (CAL) technology
- Inertial measurement unit (IMU) technology
This unit’s integrated IMU also provides accurate positional data to enhance inspection precision, and its compact length means it can smoothly navigate tight spaces and sharp turns.
